The Community Foundation is hoping to expand on the success of our CommUnity series that focused on increasing capacity for nonprofit organizations.  We were awarded another grant from the Gay & Lesbian Fund for Colorado to host CommUnity: Board Leadership, an opportunity to provide additional board education in Weld County.  This will continue the work that was started through our initial CommUnity series by offering sessions that will focus exclusively on board member training. Not only will this strengthen and expand their role as a board member initially, the board training they receive will benefit future agencies where they may also serve.
