The Community Foundation focuses its giving in Weld County, Colorado on grants to nonprofit organizations and scholarships to students pursuing a post secondary education or specific training. Since 1997, we have distributed more than $11 million in grants and scholarships, benefiting thousands of high school students and nonprofits in the region.
