The Robert and Lena Ochsner Designated Fund

The Robert and Lena Ochsner Designated Fund was established in 2010 by Windsor residents Robert and Lena Ochsner as a way to for them to offer a scholarship to a student who has graduated from Windsor High School in pursuit of a degree at Colorado State University (CSU) in the Colleges of Agricultural Sciences or Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.  The Fund will also support donations to other designated organizations.

Mr. and Ms. Ochsner graduated from Windsor High School and were successful in the agricultural business including farming, cattle feeding, and other business ventures associated with the agricultural community. Mr. Ochsner also provided veterinary technician services to his own cattle and those of his neighbors under the direction of various local veterinarians.

Robert and Lena established this Designated Fund through the Windsor Community Foundation which is an affiliate fund of the Community Foundation Serving Greeley and Weld County where the fund resides as a response to their long-term commitment to the Windsor area.
