A nonprofit organization cannot fulfill its mission without recruiting, hiring and maintaining high-quality, productive staff members. This class will provide an overview of the HR processes which are integral to keeping dedicated staff that are actively serving the community. It will include time for Q&A.
Participants will learn about legal guidelines and HR processes in the following areas:
- Staff recruitment
- On boarding staff for maximum retention and productivity
- Performance management
- Smoothly off boarding staff members
This class will be taught by Wayne D'Antoni of Mountain States Employers Council. Mr. D'Antoni possesses more than 20 years of HR experience at organizations including ADP, Key Bank and Frontier Airlines. He holds a Professional Human Resources certification and a California PHR certification.
Participants are asked to bring a brown bag lunch to this FREE session. A snack and drink will be provided.
