The Foundation is proud to be a philanthropic leader with more than two decades of history in Weld County. As staff and volunteers celebrate its 20th Anniversary, below are some facts about the organization and its accomplishments:

Established: 1997

Mission: The Community Foundation Serving Greeley and Weld County promotes philanthropy to build resources, develops partnerships, and provides leadership that will be of lasting benefit to our communities.

Overview: The Community Foundation connects donors who care with causes that matter.

Grants: Awarded an excess of $1.5 million in grants and charitable program support in 2016.

Scholarships: The Community Foundation manages more than 30 scholarship funds which award more than 100. According to the 2016 Annual Report, scholarship amounts exceeded $100,000 annually. In 2017 this amount increased to $220,000.
