The Foundation is proud to be a philanthropic leader with more than two decades of history in Weld County. As staff and volunteers celebrate its 20th Anniversary, below are some facts about the organization and its accomplishments:

Established: 1997

Mission: The Community Foundation Serving Greeley and Weld County promotes philanthropy to build resources, develops partnerships, and provides leadership that will be of lasting benefit to our communities

Overview: The Community Foundation connects donors who care with causes that matter.

Grants: Awarded nearly $2 million in grants and charitable program support in 2015.

 

Scholarships: The Community Foundation manages over 30 scholarship funds which award over 80 scholarships and $150,000 annually, as reported in the 2015 Annual Report. Those numbers increased to 100 scholarships awarding $200,000 in 2016.
